Quite tired of some things liao....with crappiness and sidetracking all the time how can the meeting be productive?there is so much things to do and so little time lor...really tired liao.Times before the exams were even less busy than this nia...

I hate working woth people that keep saying "people i am an attention seeker!" and trying to gain sympath so as to achieve her task.Being a leader does not give you the priviledge of slacking and bitching all around when all the other members are working doubly hard as the end date is near and we want to give the seniors a memorable farewell.Shouting the f word all of the sudden and taking of your belt off and giving the excuse that "the belt is too tight, i cant breathe".Being a leader doesnt give u the previledge to do other things that other people cannot do....if u r like that..how can you be a role model to the other people....

since ds is more abt dancing than planning.. i suppose the seniors and teachers will deem it natural to choose the best dancer out of the lot lorr. like who cares whether she's a good role model or leader right, all the dance pres does is actually to take attendance, look pretty in front of everyone when dancing, ask people to qi li xing li ji zong.. so i suppose we have to bear with it la. blue rings (oh shit and now she has green rings, too. -.-) are only a sign of her status and ability to boss ppl around in ds. no where else. who cares whether she brings hp to school, whether she runs around beltless, whether she scolds vulgarities? if she doesn't heed our advice during thrash out sessions, then that's her loss. we only have to bear with terrible leadership for a year. but that attitude of hers will always stay. right? so we must ren3. anyway ppl are happy with her, so what can we do, man. at least she's trying her best. *shrug*
she's quite ok one la... although i am not frm dance but i noe her la... :X she lykdat at times mayb juz wanna show u all tat she has the power... then mayb she sometimes is like tat becoz she haveing menopause...:X
give her some time to change......tell her what's wrong...it is no use just keep saying...dance is a team effort ...it requires everyone to work as a team...no point working alone...for what?....as her good friend give her advice...help her along...if cannot den tell her straight in her face what's wrong...as in trash out...u all dun liddat...dance will kua de....jiayouz pple...
being a leader is not only about the leadership but about what u can do for others....do more....i noe tt u all have been working hard...thanks...jiayouz....
it's not easy being a leader u see. all she need is time. i trust her. and anyway, i believe she has no evil intentions or what..it's just..her. u all have to work together to uphold a better cca. gd luck.
